Finished moving billing actions (invoices, line items, payments, credits, disputes, batch checks, company settings) onto auditable permission groups for SOX, and audited the code against the control matrix.

Moved billing releases into the merge pipeline once SOX locked the main branch.

Wrote the design for tracking when payments are fully applied, including how much history could be rebuilt from audit logs (about 1.2M payments, 5.9M applications).

Made Sage Intacct errors readable in the ERP sync and wrote the design for routing AR payments to Sage locations by deposit account.

Defined which batch payment failures retry and which stop, and kept failed rows with their reasons instead of deleting them.

Built the batch check trigger for AR's CSV uploads, with duplicate-batch detection and rollback, and connected the billing worker to Temporal Cloud.

Added per-invoice net terms and COD overrides, from API to PDF.

Let customer owners and managers view their own invoices, and restricted fleet line-item approval to the fleet team.

Unified invoice and credit tax estimates in Admin onto one endpoint; added sub-renter and order approver to invoices.

Fixed Avalara tax processing so one bad message no longer stalls a credit on estimated taxes; added billing cycle to invoice PDFs.

Added line-item deductions with amount validation, and an endpoint that recalculates special charges when a rental line is credited.

Built the credit-note approval workflow in Admin, fixed credit tax amounts being zeroed, and made environmental fee exemptions self-service for the Tax team.

Moved credit-note creation into the newer billing service and fixed a check that let internal-company transactions reach Avalara.

Added card payments taken by staff in Admin through SlimCD and Stripe, recorded as made by the staff member on the customer's behalf.

Built the SlimCD / Worldpay card integration for the pay portal and T3: API client, checkout sessions, verified postback logging, and ticket-number sync to Sage Intacct.

Designed the payment-session store for the customer pay portal: guest and signed-in sessions, 24-hour expiry, invoice validation.

Added a payment edit endpoint where every change records the field, its old value, and its new value.

Added branch and company allow/deny lists so rental end-date texts could roll out one branch at a time; extended order confirmations to quotes-tool orders.

Built the event triggers that text a customer when a rental order is created, with the order link and branch details.

Built alerting on Twilio's error webhook so failed customer texts show up in Datadog and page the team.

Rewrote Link's navigation on react-navigation v6, rebuilding the Work Orders and Time Cards flows; released as 2.5.0.

Fixed Link starting users on an expired session instead of the login screen, using a shared Auth0 React Native library.

Rebuilt the Link Assets screen, which took about 30 seconds to load for large fleets: a new map with filters and geofences, support for very large fleets, and live updates.

Fixed several user-reported Link bugs: incorrect asset locations, wrong driving direction icons, and an app crash.

Shipped Rapid Rents rental details, off-rent condition inspection, and nearby-asset filtering in the Rent app.

Built a date/time scheduler used for creating and editing reservations and active rentals.

Automated sales-rep assignment on new orders from the Rent app and Admin, inferred from the customer's recent invoices, with an email to the rep.

Built a NestJS and DynamoDB service so Rent app settings and carts follow a user across devices.

Added dashboard counts, fuzzy search across rental lists, and in-app service requests to the Rent app.

Built the Rent app's rental request flow: jobsite and purchase-order screens, jobsite and location pickers, and rate display for guests and logged-in users.

Fleet operations: entered incoming equipment into T3 and keyed each asset's financials from spreadsheets, then worked with engineering to replace the purchasing spreadsheet with Track Purchasing, which creates POs, assigns line items to branches, tracks them through receiving, and creates the asset without re-keying. Also ran bulk fleet data updates and scripts for sales and invoicing.
